Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility
We want you to love what you wear. But if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.
You can initiate a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn,
- The tags and original packaging are intact, and
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customised or made-to-order items
3. Exchange Process
- To request an exchange, email us at shopmidvey@gmail.com or DM us on @shopmidvey with your order ID and reason for exchange.
- Once approved, our logistics partner will schedule a reverse pickup (available in select pin codes).
- Exchanges will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. 4. Return Process
- To initiate a return, email shopmidvey@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Once approved, you may either:
Opt for a reverse pickup (100 return fee), or
o Self-ship the item to our warehouse at the address provided after approval. • Upon receiving the product, our team will conduct a quality check.
- Once approved, you’ll receive:
- A store credit equal to the product value, or
- A refund to your original payment method, if applicable (for prepaid orders only).
- Note: Refunds typically take 7-10 business days after quality inspection.
5. Damaged/Incorrect Orders
In the rare event you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shopmidvey@gmail.com with images of the product.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on availability.
Additional Notes - We reserve the right to deny returns if the product fails quality checks.
