Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation call and/or SMS notification with your order details.
• As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link to follow your package in real time.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

• Delivery within India usually takes 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• We currently ship across India only. International shipping will be available soon.

3. Shipping Charges

• We offer Free shipping on all orders.

4. Pre-orders & Custom Pieces

• For pre-ordered items or made-to-order pieces, please allow 10-14 business days for production before dispatch.
• If your order includes both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, it will be
  dispatched together once all items are ready.
